Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant Location: Suva Office
Mode of Employment: Full-time
Position overview:
Sales and Marketing assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies:
- Gathering data on all marketing campaigns from the customers;
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials in consultation with the Graphic designers and Sales & Marketing Manager;
- Assisting in conducting market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organizations and its target audience;
- Managing all sales booking;
- Understanding company product and brand;
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing role and good understanding of the marketing principles;
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines:
- Wei I-organized with a customer-oriented approach;
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation with proven attention to detail;
- Proactive and able to think logically, quickly, objectively and creatively:
- Must have group 2 driver’s license; and
- Must be fully vaccinated.
