Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and communication.
Inbound calls – answering all customers questions.
Booking showroom appointments.
Calling outbound to builders and package providers to establish relationships.
Booking calls for leadership team to meet with potential clients / customers.
Placing stock orders and providing updates on inventory completion during stocktakes.

 

 

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Attention to detail and problem solving.
