We are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to be based in Suva & Nadi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment with across the group career development prospects and ongoing training support.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage customer accounts including client rates (origin/freight/ destination), contact details, reporting requirements and monitoring of the financial status of accounts against their approved credits
- Understand customer needs and logistics requirements and propose competitive solutions and effective rates, routes and services
- Handle customer rate and shipment queries and ensure customers are kept up to date on all matters throughout the international supply chain process
- Generate new business for Bollore and keep regular contact with existing clients and continue to develop good customer relations
- Prepare sales status reports including activity and market intelligence reports for Management to support informed decision making
Qualification, Skills and Attributes:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration or any relevant field
- At least 3 years post qualification sales experience in freight forwarding or supply chain industry
- Sound knowledge of all facets of Freight Forwarding / Air Freight / Cargo Handling.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and strategic skills
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask
- Group 2 valid driver’s license
