SALES MANAGER – Rainbow Cool Tech (Fiji) Pte Ltd

Rainbow Cool Tech Fiji (Pte) Ltd – The Company is a hi-tech company that caters for all commercial, industrial and domestic air-conditioning and Refrigeration work. Also specialized in the construction or building of cool rooms and freezer rooms. RCTL is specializing in all aspects of Domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration. We design and install refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and provide maintenance and service contracts to suit our client’s requirements. The company has its head office located at Shop 2, P.D.Singh Building, Sigatoka Town;

We currently have the following role available for an immediate start: –

· Sales Manager – Nadi Branch

Requirements and skills: –

· Ability to get sales targets and achieve them effectively

· Manage, control the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI targets are met

· Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales team accordingly

· Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

· Utilizing excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and daily communicating with Customers and feedback

· Planning organizing and problem solving

· Advance Time management skills to be utilized

· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products or service

· Developing and maintaining relationship with key customers

· Sales quotation and forecast for each month and targeted sales and reporting’s

· Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

· Defining and executing territory sale plan and reporting’s

· Forecasting sales quotes for expected sales for existing and new products

· Field visits for developing field sales and action plans

· Plan to ensure achievement of Sales target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies

Qualifications: –

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or similar work experience

· 3 – 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotes

· Excellent leadership skills

· Group 2 Driver’s License
