Customer Sales & Service Representatives (Linguist)
We are looking for individuals who can help us deliver outstanding customer service to international markets, and are flexible to work shifts in a 24/7 environment. A minimum Form 7 pass (or equivalent) with good results in Maths and English is essential.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is advantageous preferably in a call centre.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills – with fluency in any of the following languages: German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Greek, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese and Italian or French language.
Excellent typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email programs
Previous experience in either: Travel, Retail, Sales, or Telecommunications is advantageous.
