Sales Supervisor
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Direct & Supervise employees
- Understanding customer needs
- Building database for different clientele markets
- Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules
- Understand the new market trends
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2 or more years experience in Front office, reservations or sales department.
- Driving license
- Basic computer skills
- Focused on customer service
- Knowledge of revenue analysis, rate set-up, and graphic skills will be an added advantage.
