Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Annual financial statements for all Tourism Fiji offices, including Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, North America, Continental Europe, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Japan, and China.
- Review reconciliations, ledgers, balance sheets, P&L, GST/VAT and statutory requirements.
- Support Audits and Board reporting.
- Manage fixed assets, foreign currency transactions and financial controls.
- Supervise the Accounts team and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Monitor regulatory and legislative changes across operating regions.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field from a tertiary institution.
- 3-5 year’s experience in a similar role, ideally in Tourism, Events or Marketing.
- Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Fiji and international tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Central experience is an advantage.
