JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We are looking for a chef to be experienced and capable in the various tasks across the motel business, this role base on chef and house keeping, Laundry and customer service, day-to-day operations
Requirement:
At least 2 years experience leading a kitchen team and must have experience working pans and grill sections and room service for hotel,(we cannot sponsor your work visa if you don’t have this expereince, and don’t apply please)
experience in cooking asian food
experience in house keeping in hotel or resort
experience in running a restaurant
Variable roster and will include evening, weekend, and public holiday hours.
Housekeeping or food and bavage experience
Happy to be multiple tasks including receptionist, laundry and room service and kitchen hand.
Great customer service skills
A friendly and positive attitude
The ability to multi-task, show initiative, and keep calm under pressure
Administration and computer skills

Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered
Train new kitchen staff
