The Opportunity:

Due to growth in operations Federal Pacific Finance PTE Limited is now looking for an exceptional Senior Lending Officer to join its highly engaged team.

 

 

The Role:

Processing of loan applications and satisfactory review of affordability and creditworthiness of clients within the minimum possible timeframe. Also maintaining a close record on Debt Collections.

Finalising loan contracts and briefing clients on policies, terms, conditions and applicable fees and charges
Operating in compliance with laws and regulations and in adherence to lending compliance guidelines and risk management frameworks
Maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring security and privacy of information and forwarding loan statements to clients
Ensuring highest quality customer service, resolving client’s complaints through appropriate actions.
Making approved changes to overdue accounts to facilitate clients to avoid defaults including rescheduling of loans.
Providing constant feedback to management for necessary improvements in products, processes, systems and exceptional customer experience
Ensure that loans where repayments are in arrears are monitored, tracked and managed to ensure ongoing payment.
Monitor the progress of existing loans and report on operational insight and trends

 

Skills and Experience

Education: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years working as a Senior Lending Officer and Debt collector.

Skills: Analytical skills, well versed in using Microsoft Office, customer service, attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, teamwork, effective communication, proactive, professional, quality-focused and multi-tasking
