TotalEnergies Marketing (Fiji) Pte Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of TotalEnergies Marketing & Services, is looking for a competent and committed individual to join our Finance Team.

 

 

SENIOR MANAGER BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

 

 

The role reports to our VP Finance & Corporate Affairs and will be based at the Head Office in Suva.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports

  • Analyze business line margins and volumes for company performance review

  • Conduct Monthly performance review with individual business lines

  • In charge of consolidating Long Term Plan exercise and Budget and preparing presentations for the exercise

  • Ensure pricing file submission to FCCC & TCA Monthly is timely and accurate

  • Work closely with VPFCA and providing key information for the Annual Reviews with FCCC and TCA

  • Support strategic pricing decisions and planning by providing full information to Management

  • Review customs payments for Fiji & Tonga

  • Review and ensure manifest arrival compliance for MR/LCT (fuel)

  • Review and ensure integrity of records before entry into ASYCUDA system

  • Review slow moving, obsolete, damaged and expired inventory. Lead discussions on the topic and propose write-offs and provisions on quarterly basis

  • Ensure quarterly stock take is conducted with accuracy and variances to be reported timely

  • Actively participate in the affiliate’s roster system, ensuring availability for emergency response duties

  • Any other tasks delegated by the VP Finance & Corporate Affairs.

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

 

  • A degree in Finance in Accounting & Finance from a recognized tertiary institution along with CPA

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analytical work

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy and able to work under minimum supervision with good time management skills and delivery of high-quality work within set time frames

  • Demonstrated inter-personal communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels and of different ethnic backgrounds and age groups

  • Proficient user of Microsoft office Excel and experience in using SAP is preferred.
