JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Job Description – Senior Administration Officer
- General administrative work related to the yachting industry
- Liaise with Fiji’s Border Control authorities
- Order of marine supplies, follow-up, and delivery
- Package tracking and customs clearance
- Hotel and International/domestic plane ticket booking
- Admin accounts receivable and Invoicing
- Marketing of marine services
- Confidently liaise with international clientele by phone, email & in person
Essential Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Internet, Email, Excel, Word, Gmail, and social media
- Able to multi-task in a fast moving environment
- Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Must be able to rise to the very challenging demands of Superyacht clientele with a can-do attitude.
Preferences
- Experience in the tourism industry
- Knowledge of the marine industry
- Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge of import/ export procedures
- Drivers License
Applicants must have 3 years proven experience in similar roles and will be expected to work unsupervised.
