JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Job Description – Senior Administration Officer

  • General administrative work related to the yachting industry
  • Liaise with Fiji’s Border Control authorities
  • Order of marine supplies, follow-up, and delivery
  • Package tracking and customs clearance
  • Hotel and International/domestic plane ticket booking
  • Admin accounts receivable and Invoicing
  • Marketing of marine services
  • Confidently liaise with international clientele by phone, email & in person

 

Essential Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet, Email, Excel, Word, Gmail, and social media
  • Able to multi-task in a fast moving environment
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Must be able to rise to the very challenging demands of Superyacht clientele with a can-do attitude.

Preferences

  • Experience in the tourism industry
  • Knowledge of the marine industry
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of import/ export procedures
  • Drivers License

 

Applicants must have 3 years proven experience in similar roles and will be expected to work unsupervised.

 

The successful applicant must be an honest reliable team player
