Key Responsibilities
- Establish and promote BRED Bank’s brand, vision, strategies and commitments towards superior customer service.
- Manage full client relationship and provide relevant banking products and services to the clients.
- Manage end-to-end client portfolio including account opening, credit application, international service and annual reviews.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients; perform credit write-ups, reviews and daily excess and arrears management.
- Ensure that all related fees and charges are appropriately collected and income accounts are reconciled and report is submitted to the Branch Manager.
- Ensure that all customer enquiries are attended and responded to within the specified time frame.
- Actively develop new business and expand Retail portfolio for the Branch.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of Banking experience in a similar role.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
- Proven Sales ability with knowledge of Retail product & services and Retail policy & procedures.
- Thorough understanding of Banking operations, product knowledge and sales.
- Committed toward excellent customer service/relations and community relations.
- Should be a team player with pleasant personality, outstanding presentation and good written and oral communication.
- Result and quality oriented with strong customer focus.
- Good Computer literacy in MS Office products.
- Proven record of quality work output.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
