SENIOR REFRIGIRATION TECHNICIAN – Rainbow Cool Tech (Fiji) Pte Ltd

Rainbow Cool Tech Fiji (Pte) Ltd – The Company is a hi-tech company that caters for all commercial, industrial and domestic air-conditioning and Refrigeration work. Also specialized in the construction or building of cool rooms and freezer rooms. RCTL is specializing in all aspects of Domestic, commercial and industrial refrigeration. We design and install refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and provide maintenance and service contracts to suit our client’s requirements. The company has its head office located at Shop 2, P.D.Singh Building, Sigatoka Town;

We currently have the following role available for an immediate start: –

· Senior Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Technician

2 X Nadi Branch

1 X Sigatoka Branch

Requirements and skills: –

· Installing maintaining and repairing of Air Conditioning unit and Refrigeration work, cool room and freezer room.

· Performing emergency repairs, maintaining tools and other servicing equipment’s accordingly

· Testing Air Conditioning units for proper functioning before installation

· Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for systems, cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.

· Planning organizing and problem solving and rectifying technical issues.

· Advance Time management skills to be utilized and to finish work within quoted time frame.

· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products or service and making sure its attended.

· Developing and maintaining relationship with key customers

· checking on completed jobs before customer signs job sheet for all completed work and checking if all details required in Job sheet are filled accordingly.

Qualifications: –

Must be a vocational or graduate or with proper ref and aircon/refrigeration training with similar work experience would be an added advantage

– Has knowledge of the different air-conditioning types and Refrigeration works

– Must be able to identify the parts of an air-conditioning unit / Refrigeration can troubleshoot, test, repair and conduct preventive maintenance on ac unit

– Have at least 2 to 3 years or more actual work experience on installation, checkup, troubleshooting and repair all types of ac system

– Have an outstanding communication and customer service skills

– Be honest, trustworthy and enthusiastic
