Knowledge and previous experience as Guest Service Agent
Be responsible, professional, transparent, trustworthy and innovative.
Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.
Organisational and planning skills
Settle guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate
Assist with queries and activity booking
Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner
Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety
Knowledge of Opera Hotel Management System
Ability to work under pressure
A team player with excellent communication and time management
Must be computer literate
Highly developed interpersonal and social skills
Be a self-starter and self-motivated
