Dayals Quarries Pte Ltd established in Ba, invites application from suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following position:
Service Manager
Role: The service manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Mechanical Workshop and for the productive functioning of the Division.
The Ideal Person shall:
Manage an Efficient service operation.
Look for continuous improvement in all areas of the operation.
Be a natural leader with experience in managing personnel.
Have Hands on experience in servicing and maintaining plant and equipment.
Be Computer literate.

Key Areas of Responsibility,

The Service Manager is to provide leadership and direction to his subordinates and to ensure timely delivery of plants, equipment, and vehicles to the fleet.
He shall be responsible for the daily operations of the Division including managing staff, development and training of staff, Occupational Health and safety issues, equipment maintenance and utilization.
In addition, he is expected to resolve employee issues, carry out performance reviews, identify training needs, take disciplinary measures, monitor performance of staff in the division and provide regular reports to the Directors.
Mandatory Requirements
Over 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Exposure to Heavy Duty plant and equipment
Exceptional communication skills, management, and interpersonal skills.
