Site Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to manage site operation.
• Manage staff issues and identify staffing needs.
• Manage, resolve and minimize customer concerns.
• Manage inventory (Fuel & Consumables).
• Maintain and update sales reports, records and activities.
• Train and coach team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in Management/Accounting is preferred.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Experience in similar roles would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Be able to work flexible hours.
