- Ability to manage site operation.
- Manage staff issues and identify staffing needs.
- Manage, resolve and minimize customer concerns.
- Manage inventory (Fuel & Consumables).
- Maintain and update sales reports, records and activities.
- Train and coach team members.
- Certificate in Management/Accounting is preferred.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Experience in similar roles would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Be able to work flexible hours.
