Kontiki Finance Limited is a Fijian majority owned business, listed on the South Pacific Stock Exchange and RBF licensed to provide competitive and accessible payment solutions for both consumers and others.
We are now looking for suitably qualified candidates for the position of Software Developer – Test Automation to join our Development Team.
Responsibilities:
The Software Developer will use their object-oriented programming skills to develop our test automation suite.
Key Outcomes:
· Designing, building and executing configuration test cases
· Contributing to the creation of effective testing processes to mature test practices and deliver effective test outcomes
· Working with a globally connected agile Team
· Understanding business requirements and user stories and test cases to convert these to test scripts
· Assist with defect resolution
Requirements:
· Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology or related discipline majoring in Software Development
· Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C, C#, Java, or Ruby
· Demonstrated knowledge of SQL & Database management
· Strong understanding of the basic concepts of cloud computing, and how data is integrated using APIs/interfaces
· 1 to 3 years experience working with enterprise technology platforms as an Automation Engineer or Quality Analyst (or similar) would be advantageous
· Passionate about everything tech and its interaction with how business works
· Naturally inquisitive and eager to take initiative and can think holistically to solve issues that may arise
· Ideally, familiar with and have working knowledge of automated frameworks used for software testing, the use and administration of test management tools
