Responsibilities:

Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments, and nail care
Conduct consultations to understand clients’ needs and preferences
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
Collaborate with other team members to achieve spa goals

Requirements

Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
Experience in a spa or beauty environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
