Specialty Baker

Located in Nadi

You will be required to:

• prepare a wide variety of pastries cakes, speciality items following traditional and modern recipes
• monitor stock and make appropriate orders within budget
• quality check of maternal and condition of equipment and devices used for baking
• guide and motivate pastry assistants and baker bo work more efficiently
• identity staffing needs and development and
• comply to health and safety standards

You will need:

• proven experience as Specialty Raker, cake decorator or relevant cole
• minimum ot 4 years’ experience required in the same role
• great attention to detail and creativity
• organizing and leadership skills
• willingness to replenish professional knowledge
• in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition
• working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten-free, sugarless etc.)
