STOCK CONTROLLER – Tanoa Plaza Hotel

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for all hotel -related supplies and merchandise.
• Process stock requisitions from operations teams and ensure timely distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the inventory management system.
• Inputs physical bar stock counts into the computer system and analyse results highlighting the discrepancies for additional counts or reviews. (Bar assessment Report.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, especially for food, beverage, and travel gear.
• Prepare trading accounts and other month end reports.
• Perform stocktake for all the storage locations on month end.

Requirements

• Qualification in Accounts and Procurement.
• 2 -3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
• Knowledge of Business Central software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to handle work pressure, manage a dynamic team, be flexible with working hours.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
