Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for all hotel -related supplies and merchandise.
- Process stock requisitions from operations teams and ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the inventory management system.
- Inputs physical bar stock counts into the computer system and analyse results highlighting the discrepancies for additional counts or reviews. (Bar assessment Report.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines, especially for food, beverage, and travel gear.
- Prepare trading accounts and other month end reports.
- Perform stocktake for all the storage locations on month end.
Requirements
- Qualification in Accounts and Procurement.
- 2 -3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Knowledge of Business Central software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to handle work pressure, manage a dynamic team, be flexible with working hours.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
