Stores & Logistics Officer

Walesi Pte Limited is a private limited liability company wholly owned by the Fijian Government. Established under the Ministry of Communications, Walesi is mandated with the deployment and management of Digital Television Broadcasting platforms across Fiji.

Walesi is seeking applications for the role of a Stores & Logistics Officer to be based in Suva

Job Description:

• Responsible for safekeeping of procurement documents, asset management forms, fleet management forms, distribution reports and other pertinent documents relating to supply chain
• Ensure proper documentations are done for all company shipments and ensure it is cleared on time
• Issue and track assets assigned to staff through the assets register
• Maintain and update fixed assets register and perform periodic assets count
• Prepare inventory reports
• Review monthly reports with Management
• Conduct monthly and yearly stocktake
• Reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports
• Provide vehicle reports to Management on weekly basis
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Minimum Qualification Requirement:

Should possess at least a Diploma or a Degree in Inventory Management/ Stock Control

Minimum Experience Requirement:

• Atleast 2 years experience in relevant field
• A valid driver’s licence is essential
