You’ll support the team by bringing experience in a supervisory role and knowledge across multiple F & B disciplines and possess real passion for hospitality to consistently deliver a great guest experience.

You will work alongside your team and motivate them to deliver results. Your role will assist with rostering, team development & the overall co-ordination of the department.

What we need from you:

A Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent and past experience in Food & Beverage and Opera is essential.
