Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the role of the Team Leader Fleet is to be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Fleet and to ensure the provision of efficient mechanical and transport support to the Company.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all vehicles are well maintained and always kept in a good state of repair.
- Plan and schedule vehicle usage through an effective distribution system and ensure that vehicles are operational at all times.
- Monitor fuel usage and monthly mileage against budgetary constraints to ensure expenses are well controlled within budget.
- Implement OHS and defensive driving policies.
- Submit monthly reports on fuel consumption (usage and cost), total mileage, total accidents, maintenance expenses, and vehicle tracking exception reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as an Automotive Mechanic, with skills in major vehicle brands such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Ford, Isuzu, etc.
- Working knowledge of Wheels on the System.
- Garage supervisory and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Good commercial acumen.
- Road safety and defensive driving skills.
- Ability to deal with insurance providers.
