The Fiji Women’s Rights Movement is a multicultural nongovernmental organisation committed to removing discrimination against women through institutional reform and attitudinal change.

The TL FAM is responsible for the implementation of the infrastructure and systems needed to support strategic objectives of FWRM. The position will be responsible for the oversight of administrative and financial systems including finance, accounting, overall office management, human resources, and physical infrastructure. As a member of the management team (with Programme Team Leaders, Programme Director & Executive Director), the TL FAM will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives. Position will continually evaluate internal systems and needed resources, with an eye toward both future needs and budget realities.

Specific objectives of the job:
|. Financial Management
2. Project Grant Management
3. Administration, Operations and Human Resource
4. Pan of FWRM Management Team

Key competencies:
1. At least a University Degree in Accounting and Finance or Management
2. At least five years’ experience in managing finances and administration of an organization as well as reporting and auditing.
3. Computer literate — experience in MYOB software is needed.
4. Well organized with attention to detail and ability to plan workload and manage time effectively.
5. Ability to work as part of a diverse team and to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Salary range:

F$35, 000-F$57,000- dependent on academic qualification and work experience. Application deadline and procedure:
