Job Description-
Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company
Maintain accurate record of all calls made and received
Should be able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer queries
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage referral business
Part-time/full-time work opportunity
About you-
Basic knowledge on working with computers
Strong attention to detail
High verbal and written skills
Proficient in MS Work, Excel, Power Point applications
Superior communication & convincing skills
A genuine desire to generate leads and convert into clients
Languages you should be fluent in: English, Fijian
