Join NowCore Responsibilities:
Conducting Calls for Information Collection.
Confirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by customers
Handle all customer information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies and regulations to protect sensitive data.
Enter and update information in the company’s database
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers, including the information collected, any issues encountered, and the resolutions provided.
Report any system or procedural issues that may impact the information collection and verification process to supervisors or relevant departments.
Offer feedback on the information collection and verification processes to help improve systems and procedures.
Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:
Certificate or Diploma in Administration/Management or Front Office
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer services environment
Computer Literacy is essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Telecommunication experience
Database Administration skills
