Punjas Group of Companies, leading manufacturers and distributors of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods in Fiji and the Pacific seeks to recruit dynamic, resourceful and performance-oriented individuals to be based in Punjas Biscuits, Lautoka.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating continuous ovens under supervision.
- Monitor oven temperature zones, baking time, and conveyor speed.
- Ensure uniform baking, colour, and moisture levels.
- Identify under-baked or over-baked products and report issues.
- Maintain cleanliness around oven and cooling areas.
- Follow safety procedures, especially in high-temperature areas.
Requirements
- Minimum Form 7 pass.
- Diploma / Certificate / vocational training in mechanical, electrical, production, or food processing preferred.
- Willingness to learn biscuit forming and baking operations.
- Ability to work in shift duties and production environments.
- Physically fit to work on the plant floor, including hot areas.
- Basic awareness of safety, hygiene, and GMP practices.
- Good observation skills and readiness to follow SOPs.
