JOB DESCRIPTION & SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
These positions will report to the respective Warehouse Supervisors based at the Central Distribution site in Karsanji Street, Vatuwaqa on a Rotational Shift basis.

The nature of the role includes:

· Ensuring product data is accurately entered in the System on a daily basis.

· Entering all product transfers on the system from Warehouses within the business.

· Ensuring to check physical stock and clearing Goods in Transit (GIT).

· Compiling accurate non-conformance reports on a weekly basis.

· Providing general administration support to the Warehouse team.

· Ensuring all inventory processes, procedures and documentation is completed in accordance with Goodman Fielder best practices and policies.

Key skills and attributes required:

· A diploma or certificate in Office Administration or similar.

· A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role preferably in a FMCG Company.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
