An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Logistics Coordinator to join our family, based at our Nakasi Office.
The Position
Reporting to the Supply Chain & Distribution Manager Pacific Islands, the role will be responsible for managing the warehouse & distribution operations for Fiji Business.
The role will ensure the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods. The role will also be responsible for planning and managing logistics, invoice processing and dispatch, liaising with freight forwarders and transport companies, ensuring timely delivery of products according to delivery schedule and performing inventory transactions in SAP. Maintaining stock reports, stock-takes, and general administrative and warehousing support is also part of this role.
Key Attributes
At least a Diploma in Accounting, Management, or any other related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, working experience in FMCG company would be considered as an advantage eg. SAP software skills
Self-motivated and achievement oriented
