Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for wholesale sales performance and customer service delivery across the Central Region.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3-4 direct reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wholesale, FMCG, or distribution sales management.
- Strong knowledge of the Central Region market and customer base.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Valid Group 2 driver’s licence.
Salary
Competitive base salary depending on experience will be Paid. Monthly and annual performance bonuses linked to KPI achievement.
