The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the hotel restaurant and hotel inventory control of the hotel operations. This position will be a hands-on stock control with strong experience in managing stock movement, ensures the integrity of the inventory records through effective coordination of receiving, issuing, transfers, of stock in accordance to hotel policies and procedures.

- Inventory Planning :Preparing order procurement and ordering
- Inventory Control-Demand Forecasting
- Conduct stock takes and investigate variances.
- Maintain par levels, ordering and stock management
- Identify inefficiencies, discrepancies and wastage
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management and Procurement or any related field.
- Maximum 5 years experience in a similar position within the tourism sector.
- Ability to work weekends & odd hours.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational skills.
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
