Our client is a well-established professional business with branches in Nadi and Suva. It operates in a unique market segment that is dynamic and evolving.
They are looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Interim Operational Manager for its Suva-based office. The length of the engagement is approximately one year.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Accounting qualification or extensive “hands-on” experience in Accounting
- Substantial organisational leadership experience
- Motivate and inspire staff
- Familiarity with change management and conflict resolution.
- Be able to think outside the box and be comfortable dealing with new and non-traditional work concepts
