We are looking for an experienced, dynamic & creative hands on R & B Manager this amazing boutique hotel to help drive & deliver exceptional food, profitability & overall business success. A genuinely unique opportunity for a passionate and strategic leader to join this amazing culture, to successfully thrive in!
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Hospitality/Tourism, a minimum of 3 years and will bring maturity, passion with a creative flair and ability to design enlighten our guest experience
Your will have:
• Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar-sized Hotel/Resort with a tertiary qualification will be highly-regard
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, F&B, combined with excellent proven, verbal & communication skills with the ability to lead a small team. Groomed and well presented.
• Empowers and delegates with accountability in managing a high performing team
• Bespoke, personal customer service experience would be highly advantageous
• Fosters excellent work relationships.
• Food & Beverage knowledge would be a must.
