Responsibilities Include:
Daily banking and processing of payments consisting of direct debits, EFT, M Paisa and credit cards.
Maintaining Debtors Ledger.
Manage collections from Debtors – both local & overseas. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of all reports.
Assist in reconciliation of allocated accounts.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Any other work as and when required by the Accountant.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting Field especially receivables and reconciliations.
Must be proficient in MS EXCEL and MS WORD.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
