DETAILS:
Roster: Monday – Friday, Australian Hours. Transport home is provided after each shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for our Sales Team.
- · Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed.
- · Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- · Provide detailed and timely feedback to the sales team regarding appointments and client interactions.
- · Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- · Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching potential clients.
- · Handle client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- · Minimum 3 – 5 years in a call centre serving Australian B2B in an appointment setting background A MUST
- · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A MUST
- · Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- · Proficient in using CRM software and relevant tools.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · High level of resilience and a positive attitude towards achieving targets.
- · Basic knowledge of sales principles and strategies is a plus.
