Iceman (Fiji) Pte Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Operations Coordinator West to be based in Nadi.

Key Responsibilities:

First point of liaison with customers on all service requests and coordinating with technical team to allocate and assign resources and jobs.
Prepare daily work schedule for ops team and inform the project supervisor.
Prepare quotations as per job scope and forward to client including follow up on purchase orders.
Ensure timely completion of job cards and provide report cards to clients on job completion.
Maintain document folders and job sheets in an organized manner for servicing and warranty purposes.
Provide timely reports and job status updates to the reporting manager.

Key Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Management or relevant field from a reputable institution.
Minimum of four years’ experience in a similar role preferably from air con and refrigeration sector.
Strong leadership skills and is able to work with a team.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to deal effectively with staff.
Good work ethics and problem-solving abilities.
Must be computer literate and have the ability to work with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and communication skills
