Our Team is seeking an enthusiastic & self-motivated person to join us as a Customer Service Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers queries & through phone calls.
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
- Take orders and follow through with company procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Provides assistance/feedback on customer complaints
- Receives cash payments and issues receipts
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer service position
- Ability to provide consistent high level customer service
- Team player – cooperate with employees & superiors
- Extensive experience using MS Office software
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Have a good personality & warm attitude
