What is the job?
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to take ownership of delivering exceptional first impressions – managing efficient operations of all our 10 F&B outlets, to provide exceptional product and service within the brand operating standards.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a 5-Star hotel environment.
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver 5-Star service and will thrive on providing exceptional customer service.
- Outgoing and vibrant yet professional attitude.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets.
- Team Player with a drive to meeting goals and exceeding expectations.
- Flexible and adaptable to work a rotating roster including shift work, weekends and public holidays.
- Control and analyzes, on an on-going basis, the following:
– Sales
– Costs
– Quality & presentation of food & beverage products
– Service standards
– Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment
– Quality of entertainment
– Guest satisfaction
– Marketing
- Assists EAM – Food & Beverage or his designate in developing popular menus and beverage lists, offering guests value for money in accordance with IHG guidelines.
- Assists EAM F&B and Assistant Director of F&B in planning and organizing successful Food and Beverage activities in the hotel.
- Conducts daily briefings, Food and Beverage Meetings and other meetings as needed to obtain optimal results.
- Assists EAM F&B and his designate in keeping an up-dated Hotel Policies and Procedures file and up-dated files on all F&B matters.
- Assists EAM F&B and his designate in setting goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies for the F&B team.
