MARKETING OFFICER – Oceania Gas

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Oceania Gas is the leading manufacturer of Industrial, Medical and Food grade gases in Fiji. We are also the authorized distributors of BOC gases, Industry Safety and Welding Products in the South Pacific. The role will be based at Headquarters, Lami, Suva & will directly report to the National Sales Manager of Oceania Gas Limited.

Marketing Officer
Key Deliverables:
Create and design various materials for social media promotion for Fiji & Samoa.
Ensure projects are completed with the highest quality and on a timely schedule.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications & budget restrictions.
Perform re-touching & manipulation of images.
Able to meet deadline as and when tasks are assigned.
Website management with addition & removal of products.
Ability to keep a record of marketing inventory with movement of stocks.
Able to conduct roadshows and engage radio stations for marketing.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:
Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field.
2 – 3 years’ experience in Graphic Design.
Knowledgeable of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print & web.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, In Design and other graphic design software.
Familiarity with HTML & CSS preferred.
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent eye for detail.
