Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from interested candidates for the role of Salesman – Tyres to be based at Carpenters Motors – Tyre Centre in Nadi. Responsibilities:

• Develop Target Customer Listing for On Highway and Off Highway customers for Tyres
• Inventory Management.
• Actively participate in promotional activities and awareness programs.
• Brand Management – Carpenters Motors Tyre Franchise
• Champion Customer Service – understand customer needs both current and anticipated
• Attend to customer complaints
• Provide outstanding propositions to customers on the range of Tyre product and service that we provide.
• Establish and communicate high expectations and sense of urgency.
• Creating sales opportunities in new and existing accounts by creating sales solutions through customer needs analysis and relationship management.
• Implementing acquisition strategies to increase our customer base in all channels and industry sectors.
• Implement sales programs across all sectors and channels in alignment to the business goals.
• Undertake strategic negotiation to achieve profitable commercial relationships.
• Partner with the retail network to ensure ongoing service delivery targets are met      

Requirements:

• Form 6 pass.
• At least 2 year experience is required in similar field.
• Time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Group 2 Driving License.
