Key Responsibilities:
– **Accounts Payable & Receivables:** Handle data entry, reconcile creditor statements, and manage payments.
– **Statement and Cash Flow Management:** Monitor Amex payments, maintain cash flow spreadsheets, and reconcile daily bank transactions.
– **Reconciliations:** Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.

– **BAS Preparation:** Prepare and lodge monthly BAS.
– **Management Reporting:** Assist in monthly report preparation.
– **Budgeting & Forecasting:** Support annual budget and 3-way forecasting.
– **Fixed Assets Management:** Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Assets register.
– **Annual Reporting:** Prepare TPAR and Payment Times Reporting.
– **Ad Hoc Tasks:** Provide general support as needed.
Skills & Expertise:
– **Qualifications:** Accounting qualification is essential.
– **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; construction experience preferred.
– **Process Knowledge:** Familiarity with BAS lodgement and month-end processes.
– **Software Skills:** Proficiency in Jobpac is ideal; strong Excel skills required.
– **Communication:** Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
– **Time Management:** Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
