RESORT MANAGER – Apolima-uta, Upolu, Samoa

Resort Managers (experience required)

Opportunity to work overseas to gain more experience and enjoy the culture of Samoa.

Prefer a couple that can do two different jobs with (no kids)

• Oversee daily operations of the resort.
• Auditing, costings, invoicing, & reservations.
• Customer service, guest relations, sales, & marketing.
• Develop and implement policies/ procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting.
• Manage and lead a team of staff across various departments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality and a team player.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, reservations and accounting software.
• Current Driver license
• Must be fluent in English with all communications.

Offering room and board plus salary based on experience.
