Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizational HR planning to meet strategic objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and induction processes for employees.
- Maintain attendance records in the system.
- Prepare analytical HR reports and audit timesheets.
- Address employee disciplinary matters and enforce company policies in line with the ERA.
- Resolve employee grievances.
- Compile performance data for KPI indicators.
Key Competency Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Self-starter with the ability to travel to other branches when needed.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Datec Pay is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Valid Group 2 driver’s license is desirable.
