Carpenters Fiji PTE Limited, one of the largest organizations in the private sector is seeking applications for the role of Service Staff to be based at MHCC, Suva. If you have the drive and enthusiasm, then we will surely like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a professional, friendly manner. Address inquiries and direct them to the appropriate areas or departments.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of public spaces, including food court and wash areas.
• Assist with the setup, preparation, and breakdown of events held at the complex. This may include moving equipment, arranging seating, and providing customer service during events.
• Support catering or food service operations, including serving food, restocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness in dining areas.
• Take on ad hoc tasks and support various departments as and when needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work shift hours including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in customer service and hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Capable of handling several tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
