Hertz Fiji is seeking to recruit professionals to fill the following vacant positions:

Customer Service & Sales Representative

(1 Position for Nadi and 1 Position for Suva)

 Responsibilities:

• Organising pick-ups and drop off in a timely manner
• Corresponding to all international and domestic rental hire queries via phone email or walk-ins
• Attending to customers by issuing booked vehicles and raising rental agreements
• Guiding customers to their destined hotels for first timers in Fiji
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained and kept clean at all times

 Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with strong sales skills.
• Must have high quality customer service knowledge with good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum Year 12 or 13 level education
• Must have full group 2 driving license with a clean record
• Must be willing and able to work flexible schedule that can include evenings, holidays and overnight shifts
