Rosie Holidays is seeking a competent professional to join its senior management team as Wellness Development Manager, Rosie Living. Based at our headquarters in Nadi and reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and growing Rosie Living, working very closely with identified suppliers, partners, and communities to curate wellness programs for our international visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Rosie Living Product and Marketing Plan.
- Establish annual budgets for the development and marketing of all Rosie Living Experiences.
- Build strong relationships with Rosie Living Experience partners and communities, ensuring contractual obligations are met and experiences are continually improved.
- Manage and coordinate all guided activities in Fiji, focusing on quality, guest satisfaction, and safety.
- Manage relationships with tour operators, travel partners, and key tourism stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiencies to maximize revenue from all activities.
- Manage customer feedback mechanisms and market surveys.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior role in sales, preferably in the hospitality/services industry.
- Excellent local market knowledge.
- Must have strong communication and negotiation skills (Written and verbal in English and i-Taukei).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and the ability to work well as a team player.
