Fiji Dairy Pte Limited is a leading manufacturer of a range of dairy products including pasteurised milk, UHT milk, powdered milk, butter, yoghurt, fresh and sour cream and various other flavoured dairy products.  

We are see king to recruit dynamic and performance-oriented candidates for the following position to be based in our Head Office, Cunningham Road, Nabua.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Production plan is scheduled and communicated to the line supervisors in time
• Labor roster allocation is optimized on an ongoing basis
• Raw and packing material availability ensured                   
  • Material requisition notes are given timely 
  • Material reception to the production line in time
•  Line optimization ensured
• Compliance with legislation, regulations and company policies
• Process performance is managed on agreed budget
• Timeliness, quality and accuracy of daily, weekly and monthly reports to management ensured
• Daily operational review and report presented timely and accurately
• Monthly report presentation is accurate and supports decision making

 Requirements:

• A Trade certificate/Diploma in plant engineering with at least 2 years of work experience in a food manufacturing plant.
• Hands on experience in plant maintenance will be an advantage.
• Must be a team player with proven leadership skills.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in shifts.
