Job Summary:
The Accounts Finance Assistant will be responsible for handling cash, assisting with accounts payable, receivable, petty cash, and purchasing. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash transactions and keep accurate records of payments received.
- Arrange daily bank deposits of Cash Collection.
- Assist in processing purchasing orders and costing for various goods and services.
- Help track and process payments for accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling the petty cash fund.
