Waya Island Resort is located in the Southern Yasawa Group of islands on the western side of Waya Island. A small boutique adults only resort that offers exceptional guest experience. 

We now have a newly created position for an outstanding Activities Supervisor, who, as a Head of Department (HOD), will lead our small but dedicated Activities team. 

The role of Activities Supervisor is a resort based live in role t and the successful candidate will be required to hold a current MSAF Class 6 Full boat license. 

 We invite qualified applicants for the following role to join our resort Vuvale. 

 Activities Supervisor (Head of Department))

 Experience and skills:

• Hold a current MSAF Class 6 (Full) boat license
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar position.
• First Aid certificate an advantage
• Demonstrate leadership skills 
• Stock control & care of all activities equipment
• Sales experience 
• Identify and suggest various activities that would be unique to Waya Island Resort
• You will report directly to our Resort Manager.

 Being a resort-based role, you will live on site with the company providing accommodation, all meals, uniforms, and return transfers to/from the resort for your rostered days off.
