We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our team!
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll be an integral part of a team that values service, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Various duties within the Finance department including accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit control, and payroll
- Prepare accurate tax invoices and statements
- Undertake certain income audit duties across our diverse revenue streams
- Maintain orderly files and records of all processes and correspondence
- Follow processes and reconciliation for month-end statutory requirements
- Maintain integrity of financial data ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Liaise with other hotel departments regarding financial enquiries
- Maintain Daily Recons through PMS System to Accounting System (Xero)
- Support other roles within the Finance department as required.
You must be flexible with working hours, including public holidays, and have excellent attention to detail. You must be organised, reliable, and have a can-do attitude. You must be highly proficient in Xero or similar accounting software.
Importantly, you must have a positive approach to work!
